Software systems are getting bigger and increasingly complex thanks to the rise of the cloud and the open source movement. Maintaining the high reliability, availiability and efficiency of large scale software systems in today's world becomes more chanlleging than ever.
In Leopard Lab (headed by Prof. Shanshan Li), we conduct research on software engineering with focuses on bug diagnosis, log analysis and performance issues for large scale open source systems. We are also interested in other related disciplinaries including ml4code that units the machine learning and natural language processing techniques with software engineering and programming language communities, data mining, and storage systems.
